Germany Must Perish!

During World War 2 alot of what we would consider racist, germanophobic books and pamphlets were written, which shouldn't surprize anyone given the circumstances. This 35 page pamphlet, self publish by an eccentric Jewish man in New Jersey, has become well known, mainly due to its use by the Nazis to show that there was a "Jew conspiracy to annihilate them" and because of its popularity among present day anti-Semites.

I happened to see a reference to this book in a book about Nazi doctors by an American psychiatrist who claims that it encouraged Hitler in 1941 to respond with genocide against the Jews in the concentration camps, like it helped give him the idea of the Final Solution. He was already doing it to mental patients, and other disabled, and now Jews, too.

Subject: A must read to get an undersatanding from both sides
I'd have to disagree with the 'about section' of this page, it associates this book with 'anti Semites'(Arabs are Semites too), this is a clear tactic to scare people off. This book is a must read to see both sides of the argument.

The author of this book, Kaufman, was a member of the American Jewish Congress, a Zionist organization. This group, among other Zionist organizations, 'declared war' on Germany when Hitler came into power, or rather, imposed a world-wide boycott of goods being imported into Germany from Jewish outlets.

It's interesting to note that the rhetoric in this book which is anti-German, similar rhetoric was being said by Hitler against the Jews. Historians don't like to cover both sides of the factions who were head-to-head with each other, but this book gives a little insight into Zionist thinking at the time.

As well as this book, I'd also recommend 'The Transfer Agreement: A Pact Betwen The Third Reich And Jewish Palestine' - by Edwin Black, also a Zionist.
